SEE WHAT YOU’RE MISSING: Rural residents tend to have a better view of the night sky, according to the folks promoting Dark Sky Week, which ends April 11. This graphic shows the relative view of the night sky from urban centers to remote rural areas. The view of the stars and planets improves the farther you get from those bright city lights.
